First Principal estimate
Basis of estimate report
+ Challenges
The project presented a number of key challenges, particularly those associated with tying into the existing Ellwood’s supply pipeline, which is a critical asset responsible for supplying clean drinking water to Kingaroy. Other challenges associated with the project include the relative remoteness of the site and associated material supply and local labour force.
+ Value Add
Infravisory took the time to understand the project’s complexities and associated constructability challenges, resulting in the team exceeding client expectations and developing an accurate pre-tender estimate that supports the project objectives.
To achieve this, the team worked closely with the market to source quotes for key scope items.
